One thing BMO has been known for is their flashy rate campaigns. Its latest is a two day internet promotion (Oct.13 and 14). What makes this one stand out is it is only for people who submit a comprehensive online application. As we’ve said before BMO deserves props for promoting excellent rates, while its big 6 competitors post silly “special offers” that are 70-100+ basis points above the market.
